Admission Process and Entrance Exam Calendar
The Admission process in QAIS schools differs between schools; however, the goal is always to provide families the opportunity to better understand the school and for the school to get to know the family that is applying, in order to best assess if it is the right "fit" for the child. QAIS schools pride themselves on admitting children who will develop and blossom in their school environment and who will be excited, curious, and motivated learners. This is why the admission process can include some or all of the following: a school visit, an invitation to the school's open house, an entrance examination, an analysis of the formal application, and an interview.

QAIS Common Confidential Report Form
Schools have worked together to develop a form to reduce unnecessary duplication of information. The form includes instructions on how to complete, copy and submit your Common Confidential School Report Form with any one or several of the schools. The information provided allows the school to become more familiar with your child during the admission process. The completed form is made available only to the members of the Admission Committee of the school. English and French copies of the form are available below.
