CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Proposals due September 30th, 2016
Via the LCEEQ website:
There is a great deal of evidence in current educational research and literature that technology, used well in the classroom, can certainly aid in addressing the interests and needs of all students. It is important, however, that we reflect and choose wisely when making decisions about technology. The aim must not be technology for technology’s sake.
This Conference will celebrate existing practices and innovative projects and examine the ever-changing developments in technology to determine what is appropriate for the classroom. For information on the speakers and more, click here.
LCEEQ is seeking proposals from all its partner organizations, representing students of all ages and levels. Sessions will be 90 minutes in length. Proposals should address various aspects of the theme. The important factor is that a presentation proposal must reflect some facet of the theme When Diversity and Technology in the Classroom Converge.
The conference takes place each year in February, at the Sheraton Laval. For more information, please visit the LCEEQ conference page and application form.
